  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of MMB Imports & Exports (“MMB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including visiting our website, requesting quotations, placing orders, making payments, or engaging with any of our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MMB Imports & Exports.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from accessing our website or using our services

 

  1. Nature of Our Business

MMB Imports & Exports is engaged in the sourcing, importation, exportation, distribution, and sale of electronics, solar equipment, renewable energy products, appliances, accessories, and all general goods and services

Certain products may be supplied through third-party manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, or fulfilment partners located in Nigeria, China, or other jurisdictions.



  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability are accurate.

However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.

  • Actual specifications may vary.

  • Packaging may differ from displayed images.

  • Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and dispatched.

MMB reserves the right to correct any pricing, typographical, inventory, or technical errors without prior notice.



  1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. MMB reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any order.

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Request additional verification.

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

  • Cancel orders affected by pricing, inventory, technical, or supplier errors.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, any approved refund shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer.



  1. Pricing

Prices may change without notice. Customers remain responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Regulatory charges

  • Port fees

  • Handling fees

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Bank charges

where applicable.



  1. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only.

MMB shall not be liable for delays arising from:

  • Customs inspections

  • Government actions

  • Port congestion

  • Force majeure events

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Supplier delays

  • International logistics interruptions

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

 

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

Any claim regarding shortages, visible damage, or incorrect items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Failure to notify MMB within this period may constitute acceptance of the goods.



  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: MMB shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of contracts

  • Loss of goodwill

  • Data loss

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the affected product.



  1. Warranties

Except where expressly required by law or specifically stated in writing, products are supplied "as available" and subject to manufacturer specifications.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product descriptions, designs, graphics, content, and branding on this website remain the exclusive property of MMB Imports & Exports.

Unauthorised use is prohibited.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before court proceedings.
